A reference value combining the ranks of estimated gross yield, price liquidity and the Area Trend Score (Pro only). It does not judge whether an area is undervalued or will rise in price.

Composite = rank (percentile) of estimated gross yield × 40% + Liquidity Score × 30% + safety (Area Trend Score) × 30%

*Only calculated for areas with data for all three (estimated gross yield, liquidity and Area Trend Score). Gross yield is estimated only for towns with 5 or more condo transactions in the latest year.
